Leak Repair Kit

Cool Roof Therm, fiberglass, and the tools for sealing rooftops and terraces from the outside, where water enters. Enter your m² and we will tell you what you need.

Covering it up is not a solution. Most wall paints are plastic-based: they form a sealed film, trapping water vapor underneath. That is why the paint blisters and peels. PaintUber is mineral-based: it lets the wall breathe.

Pared Seca technology

What makes this painting different

Anti-damp and anti-condensation mineral paint, with Quartzene® + Grafeno/CaCO₃® Technology in a water-based formula, for indoors and sheltered outdoors.

  • Minerals and aerogel

Advanced technology based on mineral materials and aerogel that changes the thermal behaviour of the paint film.

  • Against condensation

Helps reduce the surface conditions that lead to condensation and improves thermal comfort.

  • Breathable

Lets water vapour escape from the wall instead of trapping it.

  • Built to last

Excellent flexibility: no cracking. Highly washable, no yellowing, and a film that stands up to the weather and UV rays.

What it does and what it doesn't: it works on the wall surface, against condensation. If water is rising from the ground or coming in from outside, deal with that cause first; after that, this is the paint to finish the wall.

Everything in this section comes from the technical data sheet of PaintUber® Pared Seca (September 2026). See the technical data sheet.

Mineral and breathable

OK, but what does that mean for you? Look inside your wall. Every day it receives vapour from cooking, showering and breathing — and what happens to that moisture is up to the paint.

Plastic-based paint

It covers the wall with a non-porous plastic film. The vapour tries to escape, hits it and stays inside. Over the years, the trapped moisture shows:

  • Blisters and air pockets
  • Paint that swells and flakes off
  • Tide marks and damp stains
Mineral paint

It leaves the pores open. The vapour passes through the film and escapes — that is, literally, the wall breathing:

  • Moisture doesn't stay trapped
  • The paint doesn't crack or peel
  • The matte finish stays like day one

Covering the damp with another layer of plastic is the cheap option today. Scraping blisters and repainting is not.

Technical data sheet: breathable · excellent flexibility, no cracking

How to paint a wall with dampness

  1. 01 IDENTIFY MOISTURE Look at the diagnosis above. If it is rising from the ground or coming in from outside, treat the cause first.
  2. 02 PREPARE THE WALL Make sure it is dry. Remove any loose material, brush off the saltpeter, and clean away the dust.
  3. 03 TWO HANDS AND DONE Paint roller for the walls and a brush for the edges. Almost odorless, and everything cleans up with water.

Why a mineral paint on a wall with dampness

Plastic paints seal the wall with a film. Ours does the opposite: it lets the vapor out.

Anti-damp and anti-condensation
Designed for walls prone to condensation: moisture does not get trapped behind the paint.
Breathable
Let the wall breathe, as stated in its technical data sheet.
Water-based, almost odorless
Water-based. It comes ready to use and everything cleans up with water.

Questions about humidity

What kinds of damp is the Pared Seca Kit for?
It's designed for walls and ceilings with condensation, the most common kind of damp at home (bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and cold corners), and for painting after a damp problem has been treated. If water is rising from the ground or coming in from outside, deal with that cause first; after that, the mineral paint keeps moisture from getting sealed back into the wall.
Why a mineral paint on a damp wall?
Because it's breathable: it lets water vapour escape from the wall instead of trapping it. Plastic paints form a sealed film, and when vapour gets trapped behind it, blisters and flaking appear.
How do I know what kind of damp I have?
Condensation: drops on the windows and stains in upper corners or behind furniture, especially in winter. Rising damp: a dark strip along the bottom of the wall and white powder (saltpetre). Leaks: stains that appear or grow when it rains, on ceilings or facades. If in doubt, send us a photo and we'll tell you.
How do I prepare a wall that has had damp?
Let the wall dry, remove any loose paint, brush off any saltpetre and wipe away the dust. If there are dark stains, clean them first with a specific product and let it dry. Then apply two coats of paint.
